We are actively hiring for several roles on our team. We’d like to add some additional design/front-end capabilities and we are looking to hire our first office manager.

We’re looking for someone with enough experience that they can contribute right away, but we are always flexible on the exact profile because we hire people, not skills. If you’ve got strong front-end development skills or have a passion for web application design, we’d love to hear from you.
The office manager position is a new one for us; we’re probably overdue to bring someone in for this role. Responsibilities will include making sure things are taken care of around the office (ordering lunch, supplies, etc.), coordinating events like our GitHub Passion Projects viewing parties, and helping out with some HR-related tasks like working with our benefits coordinator, logging employee PTO, and coordinating the schedule for our cabin in Breckenridge. Plus, we’d love for someone to come in, see how things work, and make other contributions we haven’t even thought of yet. Some prior experience is a plus and we will consider both part and full-time candidates.
A quick note about how we approach hiring: we are always hiring. If the right person comes along, we want to add them to our team. Sometimes we have specific needs (like the ones mentioned above), but I believe that having a great team is the most important thing we can do for the health of our company.
