404 Report - a file not found error was registered on your site

I removed a few plugins many months ago. I continue to get emails that read like below:

404 Report - a file not found error was registered on your site.

404 URL: http://www.littlebutterflykiss.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/images/stars_crystal/

Referred by:

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html)

What do I do to fix this so I don't continue (about 30 /day) to get emails like above for files that no longer exist because I removed the plugin?

I installed the 404 notifier on my blog , I now get reports emails saying Ihave a 404, for example I post http://www.mydomain.com/blog/post1 I then get an email 404 report saying that post http://www.mydomain.com/blog/post1/www.mydomain.com is giving me a 404

Q - Why / or who is putting my domain on the end of the post - it's not the permalink settings, checked those. So I 'guess' it must be the 404 plugin - perhaps - any suggestions ?
