my questions apply to both the Text and the Blog theme.

In excerpt view, all posts in a certain category can be viewed on one page. If the Ajax option is turned on, it is furthermore possible to toggle the view for each post - whether only the excerpt or the full post is visible.

Here my two question:

1. Is it possible to set the toggle default to 'show full post' rather than to 'show just excerpt' (i.e., when someone navigates to the page, he will see all post in full, not just the excerpt)?

2. Even better, is there a way for the page to 'remember' the last toggle state - for instance, two posts open in full view and three posts just with excerpt view?
