Removing the word "Categories" from navigation

    Could anyone point me in the direction of any documentation that will tell me how to remove the word Categories from the secondary navigation?

      Remove line 79 (<strong id="all-categories-title"><?php _e('Categories:', 'carrington-blog'); ?></strong>) from /header/header-default.php
