WordPress Debug Mode & AKPC_FILE

When I enable WordPress 3.0.4 debug mode, I see the following errors:

Notice: Use of undefined constant AKPC_FILE - assumed 'AKPC_FILE' in
/home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/popularity-contest/popularity-contest.php on line 91

Notice: Undefined index: page in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/popularity-contest/popularity-contest.php on line 2802

The plugin does seem to work normally as it did for years.
