Current releases of Tasks Pro™ do not allow you to assign a task to multiple users. This is a design decision, not a limitation - some of the reasons are listed below.

• Tasks Pro™ is a hierarchical system, so you can create sub-tasks to be distributed amongst your users, based on the specific work you want each of them to complete.
• Having a single owner for a task helps with accountability and reporting. Tasks are less likely to fall through the cracks.
• Users can re-assign tasks to each other as needed, so you can assign a task to one user and add in the notes that they can re-assign it as needed.
• You can send an e-mail notification to as many users as you like when creating a task, so you don't need to assign a task to a user to let them know about it.
