If you have File Uploads enabled in your Server Settings, you may still need to make a few changes to get everything working the way you want it.

Both PHP and MySQL have size limit settings that you may need to adjust:

MySQL will often give a Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' error, indicating this problem.
