If enabled in your Server Settings, users can choose to send e-mail notifications to other users when saving a task.

Users are only listed if they have an e-mail address entered in their profile.

Your groups are listed as links along the left side of the form. Click on a group name to select all users in that group.

You can also notify users when you mark a task complete.
