Use the Notes Field to hold the details of the task or note.

You can re-size the notes field by clicking on these icons (just below the field label).

The Make Notes Field Bigger icon.

The Make Notes Field Smaller icon.

When you edit this task the next time, the Notes field will be the size it was when you saved it last time.

To add a Date/Time block to the notes field, use the Insert Date/Time Button. This is a good way to show how a task has changed over time and keeps the latest information right up top.
