Properties

Properties are bits of information about a task/note. By defining these bits of information in separatly labeled chunks, we can do interesting things with the information like sort your task list by Date Due or Priority; or show all tasks that are more than 50% complete.

Here is a list of all of the properties of a task and a description of each property:

Owner

The Owner of a task or note is the person responsible for that item.

Private

If a task is marked Private, only the Owner of that task/note can view it.
