Tasks Pro™ » Toolbar
Data entry/edit forms have a Toolbar across the top of them.
The buttons on this toolbar perform an action related to the data in the form. Each form has buttons that are appropriate for the form you are on.
Task/Note Edit
- Task

- Note

- Save Button

The Save Button saves the information in the form below it.
- Save As Button

When editing a task or note that has already been saved, the Save As Button appears in the Toolbar. Click this button to save a copy of the current task or note as a new task or note.
- New Sub-Task Button

The New Sub-Task Button will take you to the New Task Screen with the current task already filled in as the Parent.
- New Sub-Note Button

The New Sub-Note Button will take you to the New Note Screen with the current task already filled in as the Parent.
- Delete Task Button

The Delete Task Button appears in the Toolbar when editing a task that has already been saved.
When you click the button, you are prompted to make sure you really want to delete the task. Click OK to delete the task or Cancel to not delete the task.
- Delete Note Button

The Delete Note Button appears in the Toolbar when editing a note that has already been saved.
When you click the button, you are prompted to make sure you really want to delete the note. Click OK to delete the note or Cancel to not delete the note.
- Convert to Note Button

Click on the Convert to Note Button to change the current task to a note.
This is only available when editing a task.
- Convert to Task Button

Click on the Convert to Task Button to change the current note to a task.
This is only available when editing a note.
- Insert Date/Time Button

The Insert Date/Time Button inserts a Date/Time stamp into the Notes Field.
- Post to WordPress Button

If enabled in your Preferences, the Post to WordPress Button appears in the Toolbar when creating or editing a task or a note.
Press this button to post to a WordPress blog.
- Post to Blogger Button

If enabled in your Preferences, the Post to Blogger Button appears in the Toolbar when creating or editing a task or a note.
Press this button to post to a Blogger blog.
- Post to Moveable Type Button

If enabled in your Preferences, the Post to Moveable Type Button appears in the Toolbar when creating or editing a task or a note.
Press this button to post to a Moveable Type blog.
- Post to Drupal Button

If enabled in your Preferences, the Post to Drupal Button appears in the Toolbar when creating or editing a task or a note.
Press this button to post to a Drupal blog.
- Post to b2 Button

If enabled in your Preferences, the Post to b2 Button appears in the Toolbar when creating or editing a task or a note.
Press this button to post to a b2 blog.
Preferences
- Save Button

User

- Save Button

The Save Button saves the information in the form below it.
- Duplicate User Button

Click on the Duplicate User Button to copy all of the current user's information into a new user.
- Delete User Button

Click on the Delete User Button to remove the current user from the system.
When you click the button, you are prompted to make sure you really want to delete the user. Click OK to delete the user or Cancel to not delete the user.
Group
- Save Button

The Save Button saves the information in the form below it.
- Add User Button

Clicking on the Add User Button shows a list of available users to add to the current group.
- Duplicate Group Button

Click on the Duplicate Group Button to copy all of the current group's information and users into a new group.
- Delete Group Button

Click on the Delete Group Button to remove the current group from the system.
When you click the button, you are prompted to make sure you really want to delete the group. Click OK to delete the group or Cancel to not delete the group.
