There are several ways to view tasks assigned to a specific user.

On List View screens like the Sortable Screen and the Upcoming Tasks Screen, you can choose a user from the Owner Filter to view the tasks for that user.

Additionally, you can do a search and specify one (or more) users as part of the search criteria.
