Tasks supports basic time tracking. To enable time tracking, you need to adjust a few settings.

1. There is a setting in your Preferences that will enable the time tracking fields on the Edit Screen. To turn these fields on, check the 'Track how long tasks take' checkbox.
2. You can also choose to enable the 'Use the Start/Stop timer' option if you want to use the timer to help track the time spent on each task.
