The Upcoming Tasks Screen shows lists of Tasks that are either upcoming, as in will be due shortly, or are over due.

To get to this screen: click on the Upcoming Button in the Sidebar.

The Upcoming Screen contains the Sidebar and workspace area. In the workspace, Tasks that are going to be due shortly as well as the Tasks that are overdue appear in separate lists. The Upcoming Screen does not show Notes since they have no due date.

How far in the future a Task can be due in order to be considered an upcoming Task is defined by a setting in your Preferences. Overdue Tasks are items that have a due date prior to the current date. If there are no overdue Tasks the list for overdue Tasks will not appear.

The List View shows a flattened-out view of your tasks and notes.

You can take action on the Tasks by selecting the Icons or link available for each item.

The Breadcrumbs show you where you are in Tasks.

The Jump to... Menu lets you quickly navigate to:

• Your top level tasks/notes
• The last 10 tasks/notes you edited
