What are the iCalendar and RSS Feed URLs?

Tasks Pro™ creates a number of iCalendars and RSS Feeds of your tasks.

There are iCalendars and RSS Feeds for:

Each user has an option to enable links to iCalendars and RSS feeds in their Preferences. When those are enabled, Icons (and links) are visible for the iCalendars and RSS feeds. If you don't have these icons enabled, the URLs to them still work.

This page tells you how to find each of these iCalendars and RSS Feeds.

Everything Combined

An iCalendar and RSS feed for all of your tasks and notes is linked to on the Home Screen.

The URLs for these are:

  • iCalendar: http://example.com/tasks-pro/icalendar.php
  • RSS Feed: http://example.com/tasks-pro/rss.php

An RSS feed for your upcoming tasks and notes is linked to on the Upcoming Tasks Screen.

Each Task (and it's sub-tasks)

There are iCalendars and RSS feeds for every task (and the task's sub-tasks). These are available by clicking the Show Details icon for a task in the Tree View.

The URLs for these are:

  • iCalendar: http://example.com/tasks-pro/icalendar.php?task=1
  • RSS Feed: http://example.com/tasks-pro/rss.php?task=1

Note: replace the number at the end (=1) with the id of the task you want.

There are iCalendars and RSS feeds for every tag. These are available at the bottom of the the Tags Screen.

The URLs for these are:

  • iCalendar: http://example.com/tasks-pro/icalendar.php?tag=tagname
  • RSS Feed: http://example.com/tasks-pro/rss.php?tag=tagname

Note: replace the placeholder at the end (=tagname) with the tag you want.
