Yesterday we enjoyed our team cookie exchange. Yum!
We try do do this every year, and this year we put a different spin on it - a cookie bracket! Think March Madness without the trash talking (and everyone being a winner because they are taking home a few dozen yummy cookies). It's a great opportunity for us to take a break and have a little fun as the year is winding down; often a needed break because we're pushing hard to wrap up projects with end-of-year deadlines.
The part I enjoy most is each person presenting their cookies. We get a little back-story, plus details of any baking mis-adventures. There are always some great ones.
