Checklist to do before opening a support ticket

  1. Check the documentation for information regarding the issue. We have support pages for each product that include Frequently Asked Questions and User Manuals.
  2. Update to the latest versions for WordPress, all Themes and Plugins.
  3. Verify the PHP version that is installed on your server. WordPress requires PHP 7.2 or greater.
  4. Troubleshoot plugin issues by disabling all your plugins. If the problem is resolved, there is an issue with a plugin conflict.
  5. Clear the cache from your browser or WordPress caching plugin if you are not seeing the changes to your site. Once cleared, check again.
