WordPress Development

WordPressWe offer custom plugin development services, WordPress as a CMS development, WordPress theme design and development, WPMU (WordPress Multi-User) development, integrations, and general “how can I do this?” services for WordPress.

If you need to do something with, to, or in concert with WordPress - we can make it happen.

Crowd Favorite founder Alex King and Sr. Developer Dougal Campbell are both original contributing developers to WordPress. Alex has built a number of free WordPress plugins which are available on his personal site.

CodeIgniter Development

Code IgniterCodeIgniter is a PHP web development framework for rapid web application development, much like Ruby on Rails. Crowd Favorite has adopted Code Igniter as it’s web development framework of choice, and has had great success using it to build a variety of advanced custom applications.

It’s fast, secure and speeds up the development process. What’s not to like? If you need CodeIgniter consulting, Crowd Favorite is here to help.

Google App Engine Development

Crowd Favorite is already working on several internal projects using Google App Engine. If you need to build an internet scale hosted web application, this is a great option. Crowd Favorite builds for Google App Engine using Python and Django. We can implement functionality that isn’t supported by GAE using Amazon AWS for a full “cloud” solution.

iPhone Web Development

Yes, Crowd Favorite is on the cutting edge of iPhone web application development. Do you have something you want built or adapted to work elegantly on the iPhone? Get in touch.

Software Customizations

Different organizations have different needs for their software and systems. We are happy to provide customizations to our software to meet your specific needs. We’ve done a wide range of customizations for our customers - let us know what you need and we can discuss a solution.

User Interface Design

Alex has designed the user interfaces for over ten web based applications and improved countless others through critiques and revision work, including several extensive enterprise software systems. Application and user interface design are projects we love to participate in. Building software is fun, but making it a joy to use is a real passion of his.
