Just one week before the planned launch of their newly redesigned sites, Providence Foundations discovered critical issues during final testing. We unified 15 sites onto a single, centrally managed WordPress platform. This immediately eliminated redundant work, enforced brand consistency, and gave the national team clear oversight while providing regional teams the autonomy they needed.
Next, we replaced the rigid, page-based system with a flexible library of reusable content components. This transformed their publishing process, empowering marketing teams to create and update beautiful, on-brand pages quickly and independently, without needing to write a single line of code.
Finally, we re-engineered the donation process, building secure and reliable integrations with Providence Foundations’ core CRM systems. This improved the donor experience and provided the fundraising team with clean, actionable data.
